My name is Durga Rao. This satsang provided profound insights into the lives of retired individuals, offering detailed guidance on how to live independently without relying on others. It was truly uplifting. The teachings on finding contentment within our means and walking the path of devotion and righteousness were beautifully explained, inspiring us to strive for that way of life.

Guruji’s explanation of mudra meditation was convenient and easy to follow. If given the opportunity, I would love to listen to this satsang again. Having weekly programs would make it more convenient to deepen our understanding and gain more knowledge.

The program shared yesterday was excellent, particularly the focus on elders and their well-being. It holds great value for senior citizens, teaching us how to manage our own responsibilities without depending on our children. While children may be occupied with their own work pressures, they will find time eventually, and this perspective resonated deeply with me.
